Broken formatting of file listing, how to fix?

Hello all!

 

The listing details for the files is not formatted properly. 

 

Here's how it looks whenever I enter the information:

And yet the text for the listing itself, when uploaded, all runs together. Making it *MUCH* harder to read

Is there anything I can do on my end to fix this?

It seems the issue has since been resolved.

 

(Maybe it just takes a while for the proper formatting to be applied?)
