Chaf and flare don't match rearmament

Hello Deka Ironwork, I have noticed that when rearming the chaf and flares at the beginning of the missions, the amount that I put in does not match with the one that later appears in the MCFD.

 

If I remove all the chaf, they keep appearing on the plane menu. Is it a bug?
