Advice on setting up Taurus throttle correctly for F-18 in DCS & simapp pro

Hi, I did have , or so I thought, my throttle set up OK, but I have noticed that lately in the last few weeks, it does not seem to be working exactly as it was. Please can someone help with the following?:

1) I want the afterburner to kick in once I am past the physical detent on the throttle, IE full mil power is when you reach the detent and not go through it

2) How do you set DCS to match the afterburner visual and sound effect to match this ? I am finding that the rumble and sound kicks in at where I have mil set currently

3) How to calibrate the throttle correctly in Sim app pro to achieve the above

4) What if any adjustments are recommended within DCS regarding tuning the curves and how do you recommend setting them for the best results?

5) What does the "afterburner detent" setting in the special F-18 options page do and how should it be set for use with the taurus. I notice it seems to turn off the sound effect when going burner?

6) Any other adjustments needed to properly replicate ground idle and flight idle positions?

Thanks, I know its a lot of questions......

Or maybe I should re phrase the query..........

Is it possible to set up your Taurus throttle so that the AB starts after the detent, enabling you to push to the detent to be at 100% MIL power, with the DCS sound effect and visual effect of the afterburner coming in at that point and the engine RPM percentages correctly aligned with these? IE, showing 100 at Mil.

I have managed to get the AB to cut in when the throttles are past the detent, which is great, and the visual effect aligns with this, however, my sound effect cuts in too quickly, when I get to MIL and even when fully advanced with the throttles, the RPM percentages are showing 98%.

If anyone has managed to get all these things correctly set up, I would love to know how!

Think it is sorted due to misunderstanding of how height affects indicated engine RPM and calibration. Thank you
