Trying to replicate my father's F16 (will pay)

I am looking to replicate the F16 that my father flew back in the service.  Although not historically accurate (block 30), I think it would be awesome.

He flew vipers in Misawa, Japan in the mid to late 80's in the 14TFS.  This was back when the tail was "MJ", not WW.  I also have his tail number and crew chief.  Attached are pictures I have of the model given to him after his fini flight.  I don't think it would be terribly difficult to do, but well beyond my knowledge.  I am also willing to pay to have this done if need be.
