Mi-24P Hind in Multiplayer: cant use Two cockpit in SOLO

I was trying DCS - Mi24 Hind in Multiplayer and a notice that i cant use both cockpits in SOLO, so when i select Pilot hole, i cant fire weapons because i cant select another cockpit to active weapons and i cant use petrovick in multiplayer. Very Bad.

Yes i agree, there should be a solo option for multiplayer on this and also the F-14. I have only managed to fire rockets from the pilot seat.
