mod cockpits

just a quick question for those better educated than myself, why dont 3rd party mods such as VSN use mig29 cockpits as well as f15/su27 for older planes like f104/5, is it a compatability thing, i dont know the first thing about modding this is a purley ignorance based Query

I think some do, there shouldn't be a reason why it's no possible, just a design choice.
