Hey Guys,

Just wanted to share my experience with these two PC builders. I ordered a custom built PC from Cyberpowerpc back in late March with an expected ship date of 5-17.  Well 5-17 came and went with no email about my order being shipped or delayed.  I contacted Sales at CP and received an email the next day stating they were waiting on the RTX 3080 in my order, said GPU should arrive in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and no change in my order. I emailed again and received another email stating shipment was delayed, but my order should be shipped by 6-30. Well 6-30 came and went and no shipment notification.  At that point the had already charged my CC even thought they had not started my build.  I inquired again and was told they were waiting on the CPU with no ETA. I inquired if they had all of the other parts in stock and was told they were still waiting on the GPU in addition to the CPU. All of the responses I received were very short and not really helpful as to any options to move my order to the assembly process. I was very frustrated with their customer support, so I decided to look at other PC builders. NZXT came up in YouTube as one of the best with customer support. I specked out basically the same build. I was shocked to see the expected ship date was only 5 days away.

I used their online chat to inquire about the ship date and if they had the parts in stock. I was shocked when they replied they did have the parts in stock and the ship date was correct.  I canceled my order with CP and ordered the build from NZXT. I was able to upgrade the 3080 to a 3080 TI, upgrade from a 2TB HDD to a 4TB HDD and add an additional M.2 drive for basically the same price I was going to pay for the CP build.  I've seen many threads on Reddit about the horrid customer support from CP and in my opinion this was what I received.  I was also cut off in a chat with NZXT about the order I had just placed due to a thunder storm in may area and had to shutdown my PC. When I was back on line, I had received an email from NZXT with my question from the chat answered. That's what i call great customer support! Who does that now days?

I hope this helps anyone looking to buy from a PC builder and not go through the frustration I went through. FYI just my opinion.
