Night launch signal

Could not find this one, but apologies, anyway, if it was already mentioned, or scheduled...

 

As far as I have read, the signal to the catapult personal to launch in night conditions, should be turning the external lights on, rather than the salute. Could we have it like that? I think the F-14 already does

 

So...

- Day: salute to be launched

- Night: turn external lights on to be launched
