I use a quest 2 with a decent laptop to keep everything travel-freindly. I found this over at the msfs forum and it has also made a definite improvment for me in DCS and Star War Squadrons...

Big picture..

(Assuming you already have Oculus link set up on your pc)

1) Download & Install Oculus tray tool.

2) Start Oculus link software, connect headset, & set res to 3616 (will re-launch the software).

3) launch Tray tool, use settings in the link above (I use 1.5 Default Super Sampling). Hit “save” next to mirror FOV multiplier. Go to quest link tab and hit “save and restart oculus service”

4) In the headset connect to Oculus link

5) Launch DCS (DO NOT use steam or even have it running)

6) If not already, go into the DCS options and select the VR graphics setting and launch in VR mode.
