How to show hidden zones?

I have created a trigger zone and checked the option hidden. But now I can not find a way to make it visible again.

The zone is still there, but I can not edit or remove it anymore.

Can somebody help?

On the left side of the editor there are tool icons. Near the bottom are three interlocked circles called (when you hover over them) 'View Trigger Zone List'. Click on in

 

You now can see a list of all trigger zones (you may need to click on 'show all') scroll down until you find the one with a check mark in the 'Hidden' column, and uncheck the mark.

 

You are done.
