FllaviX Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 First excuse me if there has been a similar discussion here and I missed it, but there is this phenomenon in the game that I really hate - namely, in certain missions you can see raindrops and heavy snowfalls while you can spot very few and small clouds in the sky, it virtually rains/snows out of the blue (I am not speaking about the overcast conditions which seem to be simmed quite nicely with heavy clouds and all that stuff). For me it's rather frustrating. Does anyone know how this could be fixed or tweaked? :music_whistling:
Shaman Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 It can't be. LOFC weather engine is very limited. The only way is to change clouds to overcast, so it doesn't bother so much. 51PVO Founding member (DEC2007-) 100KIAP Founding member (DEC2018-) :: Shaman aka [100☭] Shamansky tail# 44 or 444 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] 100KIAP Regiment Early Warning & Control officer

I think you can choose like a grayish one that will look more realistic when you have snow or rain on days without an overcast.
FllaviX Posted November 4, 2008 Author Posted November 4, 2008 Tnx Tiger, the mod looks quite good, I'll give it a try.
