Plane spawn on bad landing

After a non clear landing the airport spawn a plane on used runway leading to a crash. I believe it's due the game log recognize a landing bounce like Landing and a Takeoff at the same time; I share with you a couple of video evidence different instances of the same issue and a mission where it's kinda consistent the same error
