Chewmann Posted September 7, 2021 Posted September 7, 2021 (edited) This is what the jets looked like when I was in the squadron back in the early to mid-90s. VMFA(AW)-533 Tail #: 401 Buno: 164699 Color of the markings was a dark blue. It is not black. I know it was a F/A-18D, but it is okay. As long as they are represented! Yep that's him, he now is finally retired retired, shown him DCS a year ago, he was surprised to see the 533 skin on a jet I was flying when he came and visited. Chewmann's new skin looks on point to what I remember seeing on the C/D's when I visited him at the shop in the early/mid 90's when we lived in Beaufort.
Chewmann Posted March 6, 2022 Author Posted March 6, 2022 Tell his old ass to get in the game! oh and, tell him Hi for me. Thanks for the kudos on the skins. I can’t believe they didn't exist until I made them.
