Thrustmaster TFRP T-Flight Rudder (Device Descritpor Request Failed)

Hi folks

 

Is anyone able to help. My T Flight rudder is not recognised as it says in Device Manager that my 'Device Descriptor Request Failed'. (I have posted details of error below.

 

Is anyone able or had experience to resolve this issue?

 

I have tried multiple USB posts.

Device Manager Reads

Device Manager States: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

When Double clicked the ‘General’ Tab Reads:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

‘Event’ Tab Reads:

UPDATE - Thrustmaster say it is a hardware fault and not a software fault with their pedal. Ive to return it for exchange
