gametrix jet seat issue

Hi, just got delivered a new seat for simming from dogfight boss, which came with a jetseat unit already installed....I cant get it working? 

Its plugged in, the green light is on on the remote control unit. Its detected in windows, shows up in devices. When I start simshaker for aviators, the software runs, and its all looks like it should , but I get a message saying "Could not connect to jetseat, go todreamsimteam.blogspot.com and download the seat control panel software. however the link does not download anything and just flashes a new page up briefly before dissapearing......

There was a note in the blog archive that said that SimShaker brand has a new home at https://simshaker.com/ ((https://dreamsimteam.blogspot.com/2020/06/simshaker-brand-has-new-hope-website-at.html). The notice is even on the front page of the site (https://dreamsimteam.blogspot.com/)

 

There is a link in their Software page for Required software https://simshaker.com/software/optional/

 

In this area you will find JetSeat Control Panel and Massage App. If you still need help there is a "Contact Us" option there as well. 

 

Note: I dont have this device, but a little bit of sleuthing can always get you to where you want to go.
