Crash with F-14B or CVN74

I'm playing DCS with High Quality Settings (i dont like medium) and my GPU is Gigabyte GTX 970 (4GB). Maybe all is about this. But can you say why my game crashing ? I will buy a new GPU RTX 3080 soon

EDİT 09.10.2021 : it's happening with rio sead and on CVN74 and When pilot connect to cat with"U" key game crashing
