T-50CM LEDs Stuck on and buttons do not work.

I bought a used T-50Cm Throttle set and after several attempts to reflash firmware on this set and calibrate only the throttle Axis and the flap lever operates, No rotary switches or Push buttons operate on the Base or the grips. The LEDs are stuck on a Green light and will not take any input from the Config software to change or cancel their operation. 

Any thoughts on fixing this. or where to look at if I open this base up to check connections.

I fixed similar problem from the warbird base to the Alpha grip connection while installing that piece of gear.
