Add the name of the player who is moving a unit via F10 CA commands to the UI

Hey there, it would be nice to know who is moving ground units around at the F10 Map via Combined Arms in multiplayer. Displaying the name of the player, who gave the last command to the unit, would be a good QoL improvement for combined ops multiplayer servers.
