Is there no way to slew the Throttle Designator Control diagonally with an eight way hat switch? The only digital controls for slewing are horizontal and vertical, which means if you are using a hat switch and push in one of the diagonal positions the cursor just stops. This makes slewing slower since most slew will take place in an L shaped movement rather then being able to slew directly to a contact diagonally. It also adds to the possibility that when slewing the cursor can hang and stop moving if a diagonal is accidentally pushed. To the best of my knowledge, the slew axis commands, which do allow for diagonal slewing, cannot be bound to a digital input source such as an eight way hat switch. I feel this puts us that only have 8 way switches to use at a preventable disadvantage. Can ED please add the four digital key binds for up left, up right, down left and down right Throttle Designator Control?
