Rain Effects on Tires and Other Effects

In DCS World, I know that we can add weather effects such as rain.  When the aircraft or choppers are traveling on roads, taxiways, and runways while it is raining, I notice something.  There is no water spray appearing from the tires.  Can DCS World add this weather effect to add some realism to the planes and game play? What about adding the ability to have foggy or icy windows/cockpits?

To make the air fields more interactive, you could add snow removal equipment such as snow brooms and snow plows.
