Iceman does not activate if the stick is not centered

When I switch to the rear cockpit, Iceman will not take control over the airplane unless I bring the stick to centre position first. Which is a serious problem with a joystick with no centre detent.

Also Iceman is sometimes crashing into the ground later, when he used to be OK with keeping the aircraft away from mother Earth.

Sometimes he behaves OK, at other times you need to babysit him, which makes it a bit diffcult when you are trying to concetrate on the radar.
