Multiplayer fps drop really low around the second or third time I spawn in the pit.

Multiplayer fps drop really low around the second or third time I get in a server. I usually then need to re-start DCS. I have a pretty decent machine but after a 1 or 2 multiplayer games on the dogfight server my fps drops on start. Anybody else running into this? I dont run mods, I use VR, Just recently this has been happening.

Found a partial solution that works well for me. I press alt tab and it bring you out of focus then alt tab again and the game fps fine. Also sometimes i mouse click back in.
