Dedicated server offline when not using the default port

I have been running a DCS OB-server for some time using the default port 10308 without any issues.

Now I want to host the server using a different port and this just won't work.

I have changed the port on the server to the one I want and the log tells me it is using that port and I have changed the Windows firewall rules to use the new port instead, I have also of course changed the port forwarding in my router but no go.

I have tried to disable the Windows firewall completly but that doesn't solve the issue and if I start the server any port checker online will tell me that the port is open when the server is online and closed when offline.

In the multiplayer menu the server won't show up and if I try to connect to it by IP it will just say server offline. Using another computer on the same LAN hosting a server on the default 10308 port or changing the port to 10308 on the dedicated server (with adjustments in the port forwarding in the router) works perfectly fine.

What am I missing? As I wrote, port checkers shows the port as open, but the server don't broadcast as online for some reason.

And yes, the client trying to connect is on the same version of the game.
