No Fuel/Weapon Depots at Al Qusayr

I am trying to setup a dynamic campaign where we can destroy each other fuel and weapon supplies however Al Qusayr dosen't appear to have any. Is this simply just the icons not showing, in which case would you be able to tell me which buildings they are (I have tried blowing up random buildings to no avail). Or is it that they haven't been placed at all?
