Menu offline is broken

hello, and sorry for my poor english

My bug is that I get few lines only in the offline menus. (configuration, editor, etc.)

in the menu online works well. and behind the game too well.

 

I uninstalled 3 times and still emerging.

The only thing I have not erased lines has been registration
