Darkdiz Posted December 28, 2021 Posted December 28, 2021 There used to be 2 buttons required to get the ACLS display on the TID, one (CAP Btn 4?) said TID AVIA, still does. The second (CAP 9?) now says CHAFF COUNT, but still needs to be pressed to avoid an error (RCL?) on the TID. Pretty sure it said something other than CHAFF COUNT, but can't remember. Procedure is to press TID AVIA once the proper DL freq and ACLS is set, the select arrow will flash for a few seconds, then press what is now CHAFF COUNT for localizer and glodeslope indications on the TID. Is this still a "thing"?
