is there a way to move the control overlay?

I'm trying to track down one issue with my controllers and for that I wanted to display the control overlay with RCTL ENTER

Problem is that the overlay seems to be off my screen on the left side and I only see a very small part of it (just a vertical line)

Is there a way to move that overlay back on the screen, or designate a set of coordinates to display it where I want?
