R-800 UHF radio and R-864 HF

I have a question about these two pieces of Russian equipment.

Is R-800 UHF radio the same part issued for both Su-27 and Ka-50 helicopter or there are some special differences?

 

Who is the current manufacturer of these parts and does anyone know their P/N?
