Tanker Orbit Follow a Carrier

Is there a way to get a tanker to orbit over a moving object such as a carrier?

Moose has that exact functionality: https://flightcontrol-master.github.io/MOOSE_DOCS/Documentation/Ops.RecoveryTanker.html

Some other frameworks may also support this, sorry, I know only this particular one.
