FA18 HSI and Heading disagree on start./TACAN Id in Multiplayer

May have been addressed if so sorry for the repeat. On start up on the carrier the HSI is about ninety degrees off compared to the HUD and the Compass headings, ON land all three show the same heading just seems localized to the carrier. 

Also in Multiplayer with more than one player the TACAN ID for the tankers disappears off the HSI. you can see bearing and DME  but no ID. The carrier id remains normal.

HSI is showing the direction you are actually moving.  The carrier is moving left to right in the picture, so it's moving you at 90 degrees from the direction you're facing (even though you aren't "moving" in a relative sense in relation to the carrier).  Notice the diamond ground track indicator is at the top of the HSI and the HDG tick for your aircraft is at around 270 like your HUD.  The HUD is showing the direction you are facing.  On land you're NOT moving, so both are defaulting to the direction you are currently heading.
