ISO Flying Mates

Hey all. I'm looking for 3 other people to fly with once a week for a couple of hours. I'm pretty new to DCS (11 or so hours) and so far only fly the Su-25T but am working on a brief campaign with several missions to fly once we get started (in the Caucasus map, designed for the Su-25). I'm available Monday-Thursday after 4pm CST and almost any time Friday-Saturday. Your experience level doesn't matter to me (whether you're a master at the game or just starting out), I just think it would be fun to fly regularly with some other people. Reply to this thread if interested.

I’m a noob but if you’re still wanting someone to fly with let me know. I have about 15 hours in the f18 and maybe 2 hours in the su-25 frog-foot. It was an awful plane to fly but what do I know with my 17 hours of total simulator time. I look forward to hearing from you

If are looking for an organization to join, you might consider this.  In discord, i am in the Sins Sim Zone organization.  The guys are great. They are patient and very knowledgeable.  There is one virtual pilot that enjoys the P-51 mustang and the F-16. Another is the subject matter expert expert on the F/A-18.

We got a group that flies some thru the week and at 9am Sat/Sun EST (GMT-5). There are a variety of heli and f-16/18 and A-10 pilots. Most of us are older 50+ with some younger guys as well. We aren't an official group, we just like to fly.

@Zeta7 I am happy another air wing responded. I am referring to @Grizzley.

When you are interviewing each different organization, you are likely to notice some differences One might want you to remain only with their squadron or air wing while agreeing to not fly with anybody else. Another organization might be less restrictive by asking you to fly one or twice a week with them. A few squadrons have no commitments or restrictions. I post these comments to empower you with information to make an informed choice.

I had no idea what all I needed to know to fly multiplayer. I did a little research and I think I need to get my skills up a bit before entering the arena. I don’t wanna shoot down friendlies or anything else that’ll get me into trouble. It doesn’t seem like a bad idea to learn how to dress before walking out of your house. God knows nobody wants to see my backside.
