HELP:F-14 Mod has a "red symbol" on the pitch axis button setting

My F-14 Mod has a "red symbol" on the pitch axis button setting.
I was able to temporarily remove the "red symbol" by deleting  C:\> saving game>DCS>Config>Input>F14.
However, if I log back into DCS, the pitch axis button setting appears again with the "red symbol".
This problem is driving me crazy. I have been flying the F-14 for 6 months now and have never had this problem. Until 2 weeks ago, this problem appeared.
What can I do to fix it,PLS?  I need Help!
