I don't have overcast in my create quick mission

I've been trying to get the enhanced rain mod to work, but I noticed in my quick mission creator, the only weather options I have are clear, cloudy, precipitation, storm, random. For the rain mod, they suggested using the overcast option but I don't have it. Can anyone advise?B

Maybe they are referring to the Cloud presets instead of the weather options?
