Controlls always set to default

Hello

So I've wanted to load a profile for my super libra/super taurus throttle, stick and base. But after I restart the game, the controlls are set to default.

Anyone knows how to solve this?

Edit: Solved the problem, I forgott to hit the "OK" Button after changing Controlls.
