HOTAS Mapping for DCS: AH-64D

I created a control mapping for the AH-64D DCS so that everything can easily set up any control.

In this section, I created for Thrustmaster T16000M FCS HOTAS, if you have another controller mapping for the AH-64D please share it here so that it can be easily searched.
