George crosshair disappeared george wont to far away for rockets

From the Pilots seat, i had georges crosshari appear and show up when i mark and area for him to look at, but now its gone, i can see through the tsd screen that he slaves to that point but the crosshair is gone.  For the AQC i have tired ghs, fixed both it just shows nothing.  Any thoughts?

 

Also when im near an enemy george says we are to far away get closer but we are within 0.4-0.3 NM and he wont fire until i get within 2-3NM

So the attached image the red circle is George crosshair but mine is locked into that diamond and won’t move
