Some Monitor Options Presets Not Working in External Views

Just as it happened to the DCS: F16 Viper in its first versions, some monitor options presets not working in external Views in DCS: AH-64D.

Choosing ''LMFCD + Camera + RMFCD'' within the option '' Monitor '' in the tab '' System '' in the general settings of
the Game,, everything works fine while I'm in cockpit view (F1).
But if I switch to the ''Arcade Chase View (LShift + F4) '' or to any other in game external view, both of my '' MDF Left '' and '' MDF Right '' are automatically and totally paused or frozen, leaving me only with the external view of my plane running in real time.
