Trying to find Cougar MFD card inserts for the F-15C, A10a and SU-33

Hi all, 

 

As per the title I am trying to find card inserts to slot into my new Cougar MFD's.

The chap I bought them off kindly supplied an F/A-18c set in the box but I have no idea where he got them from. I have scoured the internet trying to find something similar. 

 

All help would be really appreciated!
