Startup Fail lol

Hi there,

 

First of all thanks for an awesome flight sim, can't wait until we get more aircrafts and a whole universe full DCS aircrafts :).

 

Anyway Ive just spend about 2 days on the startup procedure and i am starting to learn everything, however when I've finished the whole procedure and got the engines running etc and try to take off the rotors seems to bend upwards and i start to loose power?

 

Any idea what i am doing wrong?
