Elevation issue with taxiway at Ramat David Airbase

There's an obvious problem with the elevation on taxiway Hotel-"H" between Rwy 15 and taxiway Bravo-"B". The obstruction on the taxiway is invisible. While taxiing, at the midpoint of the taxiway, one side of the aircraft appears to raise up off the surface and continue moving on one wheel. It happens in both directions.
