Those are likely from the standalone versions of the F-15 and Su-27 rather than the bundled FC3 version  They are contained in the FC3 bundle but are also available for purchase/download individually separate from FC3.  Check in your module manager and make sure you haven't accidentally downloaded the standalone versions along with FC3.
