AI Plane landing on Carrier stall and then spawn back on carrier bow freezed

Lately my AI flights when they land stall before the carrier and spawn back on the bow of the carrier a frame later in take off position but freezed.

At the moment i can only show two pics taken from Tackview to illustrate the bizzare behaviour...
