F-16 Throttle arrived, no grips....

So my throttle arrived last week, but just the base, no frame and grips for the F-16 option.

I sent an email to support, but 4 days in and no reply......

Has any one else had a partial delivery or know of any issues with stock etc? How are Winwing currently regarding customer service?

On the purchase page you should have tracking numbers for all packages. First thing you should simply check on tracking where is the rest of the order. Quite possible some of them simply got stuck in the customs.

There is a holiday there also. Definitely check your tracking numbers. Probably 3 boxes for the F16 Throttle. I got 3 boxes one day and received the 4th one the next day.

My orion2 came in two separate packages, orion base and F-16 throttle grip.  The base was delivered three days before the grip arrived.

Its finally arrived, and I have it installed.....the throttle is great, but there were missing nuts etc to  assemble the frame.....when I did, it was too wobbly and I did not like it, so made a wooden frame which is much stiffer and also doubles up as a base which it needs to switch out of the mount for the F-18 throttle on my chair:

Mine came with lots of nuts and bolts loose in the box.  They were all over the place but there were just enough to assemble the frame.  Not wobbly but tricky to assemble.  Just need to order another 4 nuts for the suctin cups.   Still waiting on Fedex for the joystick base.
