Set Throttle Deadzone at 0% Only

Hi,

I have a Thrustmaster TWCS throttle which glitches whenever it is complete aft (0%), move it slightly and it works OK. This does make things difficult. How do I set a deadzone for just 0% without impacting the top end as well?
