Can't pan on fired weapon

hi,

got an issue, when i fired ex a missile, push F6 (weapon view), i cant pan around with my mouse.

looked and compared, but all seem to be correct.

in game i use Track IR to pan around, and i suspect that it might be the problem, but not sure.

 

any input, to what might cause the problem?
