Transfering to new system

I am receiving a new system next week and want to transfer my DCS to it.

I currently use a laptop to play and no probs at all! Great game.

I have searched the forums but I am still confused as to what happens in a situation like mine?

 

If I de-activate using this laptop then will my re-activation key hold hardware specific information that will not work on my new system?

 

I do not intend to connect my new system to the internet at this time.
