Changing the George AI wheel and list of targets

Hi,

george AI wheel and list of targets are in an annoying position and I want to change the size and placement. I know where is the lua file is but whatever I do I can’t place them in the right place. Can someone share his lua file or give me some data position on where and how to change the it right?
