Streamdeck switch problem

Hello everyone (sorry for my english by the way).

I have a problem with my switches for my streamdeck. I started with a master arm switch. When I click on the switch, it goes up on the screenpad, and then immediately down. Moroever, I need to double click to switch off. Is anybody who have had the same issue before?
