red23 Posted August 20, 2022 Posted August 20, 2022 (edited) Warbirds mission Saturday 730 central US. We will be flying Normandy with assets pack. Mission Saturday is the assault on Caen. Allies will be taking off from Saint Pierre du Mont and Sainte Laurent sur Mer Allied primary objective is to destroy the bridges just east of Caen to prevent reinforcements from reaching the city. Secondary objective will be to destroy the reinforcements that come in but this is not as important as destroying the bridges. Allies also own Longues sur Mer, Sainte Croix sur Mer, and Beny sur Mer. No planes spawn at these locations but they can be used to rearm, refuel, and repair if necessary. There will be axis planes that people can fly on the German side if they choose to do so but we will need more Allies than Axis players by a large amount since there are AI Axis planes that will be around.
