Zeta7 Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Anyone else having problems checking out at the winwing store? It asked me to update my shipping information and select a carrier. When I attempt to select the only carrier listed (FedEx) it doesn’t give me the shipping cost or allow me to check out without seeing the cost of the shipping. I was using my iPhone.
docney1969 Posted August 29, 2022 Posted August 29, 2022 Yep. Same problem here. I don't know what's going on since I was able to purchase a Hotas Max using the same info earlier. My previous order even arrived within a week.

Zeta7 Posted August 30, 2022 Author Posted August 30, 2022 I’m going to try from a different device but I bought a take off and combat panel a few weeks ago and didn’t have any problems. Like you said they had fast turn around and shipping. I received them from China faster than a dash cluster I ordered from the west coast a few days before. Maybe they’ll get it fixed soon so I can get a new stick. Thanks guys for responding I was beginning to wonder if it was a me problem
Zeta7 Posted September 1, 2022 Author Posted September 1, 2022 Their site is working fine today guys and I was able to order a new stick. I’m hoping all of the shut downs didn’t hit them too because I’ve been waiting for the top gun panels to become available.
